Ali Dunn empowers high-achieving executives, entrepreneurs and teams to lead with confidence, clarity, and courage. A former sales executive turned IEQ9 certified Enneagram practitioner and Executive coach, Ali leads transformative leadership trainings, team-building experiences, and retreats—both in-person and virtual. She’s trained in Co-Active Coaching, is a UC Berkeley certified Executive Coach, and Playing Big practitioner and specializes in helping professional women elevate their leadership by stepping into their power, communicating with impact, and expanding into greater possibilities.
Ali has mentored and coached through The Hivery, The Cru, The Huddle New York, How Women Lead and Women for Change, making coaching accessible to women from all backgrounds. Her work encompasses multiple organizations from retail to tech, working with Johnson & Johnson, Asana, Gap Inc., Techsource, and Airbnb. Her insights have been featured on podcasts like Inspire Your Life, Enlightenment of Change, and the Entrepreneurial Success Podcast. She delivers Enneagram workshops that guide individuals and teams toward growth and transformation.
Her mission? To help women stop waiting for “one day” and start owning their power now. She knows firsthand what it means to break the rules, take risks, and rewrite the script—building a life and career on self-acceptance and courage.
Among her proudest achievements: founding her global coaching and consulting business, raising two confident teen girls, and sustaining a 20-year partnership with her husband.
