ENNEAGRAM Team building workshops

This experiential enneagram team building workshop uses the unique and effective psychology of the Enneagram to help organizations uncover the motivation, behavior, and communication styles of their teams and leaders so they can build trust during times of formidable change and uncertainty.

Delivered as a 1/2 day off site for your organization or as an ongoing Enneagram leadership facilitation program, you and your team will be transformed with a new set of skills that breakthrough barriers and deepen the powers of communication while enhancing your overall performance.

Your team will learn how to:

  • Work together more cohesively as a team and learn the preferred communication styles of each type so you can have more engaged, empathic and productive conversations

  • Honor each individual contributor so they can feel more connected, productive and valued so they perform better

  • Disrupt outdated feedback practices and learn how to give feedback for maximum impact and uncover limiting beliefs and decision making behaviors that may be blocking your team from success

  • Get unstuck and unlock growth opportunities for your the team and the long term goals of your organization by understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the team as a whole

Workshops are tailored to your organization based on size and need. Each workshop includes a high level overview of the Enneagram and a bespoke team report that shows Enneagram types, team dynamics and strategies for improving feedback, communication and engagement styles for each individual and the team as a whole so you can function with ease and impact.

Additional individualized leadership coaching is also available to support the growth of your team and its leaders.

What is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram is an archetypal framework that uncovers our core motivations and is used to predict subconscious behaviors that cause us to show up in our work and life in specific ways. There are 9 types each with its own psychodynamic profile of thought, feeling and action patterns. Understanding your Enneagram type is the key to unlocking your potential and illuminating your strengths, blindspots and opportunities for development.

Within a team construct, there are behavioral patterns and communication blocks that continue to perpetuate unless addressed in a supportive and open environment. The Enneagram helps you understand the why and provides a framework for a more engaged, productive and team built on trust and empathy.

As a certified Enneagram Practitioner, and executive coach through the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, Dare to Lead © trained and having completed the facilitator training with Tara Mohr for Playing Big, Ali has the tools that your employees need to feel more focused, inspired and confident. Using the Enneagram and other modalities will help your team understand their core motivations, communication style and blind spots.
