Transform Your Team with Enneagram Leadership Coaching
This hands-on Enneagram team-building workshop dives deep into the psychology of motivation, behavior, and communication, giving your team the tools to build trust, strengthen connections, and thrive, even in times of change and uncertainty.
Most teams already know their individual strengths and communication styles. What holds them back isn't insight, it's the layer underneath: the unspoken assumptions and old patterns that keep people stuck even when they know better. This workshop closes that gap so your team can actually use what they know.
Offered as a half or full-day offsite or an ongoing facilitation program, this experience builds your team's skills to break through barriers, sharpen communication, and improve performance.
Additional individualized leadership coaching is also available to support the growth of your team and its leaders
Your team will learn how to:
Communicate with impact. Understand each Enneagram type's style for more engaged, empathetic, and productive conversations.
Boost collaboration and trust. Honor individual strengths so every team member feels valued, connected, and motivated.
Upgrade feedback and decision-making. Replace outdated feedback methods with high-impact strategies and uncover hidden blockers to success.
Drive growth and performance. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for long-term success.
Each workshop is tailored to your team's needs and includes a high-level Enneagram overview of each type, plus an optional custom team report with insights on communication, feedback, and engagement, so your team can work with more ease, clarity, and impact.
“My team had been through a tremendous amount of leadership change (including myself), and working with Ali on the Enneagram provided a secure space for the team to learn more about themselves and each other in order for all of us to work together more effectively. Since completing the workshop we have grown closer as a team, have mutual respect and understanding for each other’s motivations & ultimately are functioning better.”
What is the Enneagram?
The Enneagram is an archetypal framework that uncovers our core motivations and is used to predict subconscious behaviors that cause us to show up in our work and life in specific ways.
There are 9 types each with its own psychodynamic profile of thought, feeling and action patterns. Understanding your Enneagram type is the key to unlocking your potential and illuminating your strengths, blindspots and opportunities for development.
For teams, this translates into four practical advantages:
A shared language for difference. Instead of labeling a colleague with judgment, your team learns to name what's actually happening: an Enneagram 6 stress-testing a decision, a type 3 driving hard toward a deadline, a 9 keeping the peace at their own expense. Difference becomes information, not friction.
Faster conflict resolution. Most team conflict isn't about the issue on the table, it's about two different operating systems misreading each other's intent. When people understand the motivation underneath a teammate's behavior, they stop taking it personally and start solving the actual problem.
Better-fit roles and delegation. Knowing how each type is genuinely motivated, not just what they're good at on paper, helps leaders assign work in a way people will actually thrive in, instead of just survive.
Stronger trust under pressure. Teams that understand each other's blind spots and stress patterns can spot when someone's operating from fear or old habits rather than their best thinking, and respond with support instead of frustration, right when it matters most.
Why does team building matter?
97% of workers and employers believe that the lack of team alignment influences the success of a task or project. (Clear Company, 2020)
76% of employees say that a company would be more appealing if it offered additional skills training to its staff. (Lorman, 2021)
86% of employees and executives cite lack of collaboration or ineffective communication for workplace failures. (Salesforce, 2017)
