Sevens are driven by a desire to avoid pain and boredom, often filling their lives with plans, possibilities, and stimulation to stay upbeat and engaged.
They are optimistic, spontaneous, and love to keep things fun and light, bringing joy and creativity wherever they go. At their best, Sevens are deeply present, grateful, and able to find meaning in the moment; at their worst, they can become scattered, avoidant, and unwilling to face uncomfortable emotions.
